Pricing and Conditions

Standard pricing (except alternate periods below)

• $270.00 / Night for 2 guests

• $40/ night for each additional guest (up to five total)

• 2 Night minimum booking

Christmas period (14 Dec - 15 Jan) and public holiday weekends

• $330.00 / Night for up to 2 guests

• $50 / night for each additional guest (up to five total)

• 3 Night minimum booking

Low Season (1 May - 31 August)

• Except for public holidays noted above

• $200.00 / Night for up to 2 guests

• $30 / night for each additional guest

• 2 Night minimum booking

 

Additional conditions:

• If you are unsure of what rate applies to your requested dates, please inquire. Discounts may apply to longer term bookings and/or regular guests.  Linen is not included in the cost.  At the base rate, guests bring their own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels) and clean the property fully before departure.  Duvets and pillows are provided. For the optional linen and cleaning costs, please enquire.

• A 50% deposit may be required for advanced booking

• Bookings within 7 days of stay will require immediate full payment

• All prices are based in NZD and incl. GST.
